AFRICAN HANDBALL ANYONE?

Let’s get something straight right off the bat, I do not watch Professional Basketball (NBA), and haven’t since at least the early 1980’s. Because lets face it… the NBA is almost exclusively a sport that is geared towards black people. For instance, as of 2015 blacks made up 74.4% of the players within that league, and I guess most people are okay with that, because when was the last time that you heard a peep from the social justice warriors clamoring for diversity the NBA?

So why am I even writing about the NBA on my blog? I mean if I’m not even a casual fan? Well I’ll tell you why… it’s because  recently, a current NBA player of color, has come to the defense of a former NBA player of color (in other words, two black guys), who apparently is involved in some kind of a squabble with his former team’s owner, who just happens to be a white guy.

Now look, I get it, there’s always been, and always will be a certain amount of animus between the players and management, just go back to the the Black Sox scandal of 1919 and see for yourself [link]. But the difference between then and now is, in this particular instance there are obvious racial overtones involved. Because after all, and I’m a bit surprised that more people aren’t aware of the fact that when any black person is slighted in even the most smallest of ways, that by definition, it is somehow racist to them.

Well I’m here to tell you that this shit has got to stop. Nobody, and I mean nobody that considers themselves to be an anti-racist should ever tolerate/condone Draymond Green’s comment accusing James Dolan of being some sort of ‘slave master’. Unless of course they aren’t really anti-racist at all, but in fact anti-white, which is okay with me, because I’m a racist too.

Let’s pretend for a moment that we’re in Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood, and white NBA player accused his black team owner of acting like a common slave because of some of his actions that he didn’t approve of, what do you think the reaction would be to that type of comment?

The answer seems pretty simple to me, which is… that naive, white basketball player would have immediately been banished from his team, and perhaps the league it self, and most likely would have had to uproot his family and ‘get the hell out of dodge’ in a hurry at a minimum.

The bottom line is, the longer that we tolerate racist jackasses like Draymond Green, the more racist some of us will we become. In other words, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander, and if Draymond Green can get away with being a Black Supremacist, well than what could be wrong with me being a White Supremacist??? Because at the end of the day, we’re all just a bunch of racist to begin with.

In closing… Draymond Green should count his lucky stars and keep his big, fat racist mouth shut, unless of course he’s willing to confront the Sleeping Tiger face to face, which would most assuredly be a mistake, just ask, Isoroku Yamamoto.
